Self-Assessment
Digital Eye Strain Check
Digital eye strain is the most common complaint among working-age patients, and the most consistently misattributed. It is caused by sustained focus at one distance and a blink rate that drops by roughly two thirds, not by blue light.
This check asks about the symptoms and about the workspace factors that drive them, several of which are free to fix.

This is an educational self-assessment, not a diagnostic test and not medical advice. It cannot diagnose any condition. Your answers are processed entirely in your browser: nothing is stored, nothing is transmitted, and we never see your responses. Only an examination by an eye doctor can tell you what is actually going on.
