Our policy
Arizona's Vision Eye Care Center complies with applicable federal civil rights laws and does not discriminate on the basis of race, colour, national origin, age, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion or veteran status.
We do not exclude people or treat them differently on any of those bases.
Free assistance we provide
- Free language assistance for people whose primary language is not English
- Vietnamese is spoken by Dr. Hao Nguyen at our practice
- Free aids and services for people with disabilities to communicate effectively with us
- Written information in large print and other formats on request
- Accessible examination rooms, parking and restroom facilities
- Reasonable accommodation arranged in advance if you tell us what you need
How to ask for help
If you need any of these services, call us on (480) 706-3937 or email service@arizonasvision.com before your visit so we can arrange it in advance. There is no charge for any of it.
If you believe we have discriminated

You may also file a civil rights complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights electronically through their complaint portal, or by mail or phone. We will not retaliate against you for filing a complaint.
Book an appointment with a doctor who has time for you
We schedule 2 patients an hour, so your exam is unhurried and your questions get answered. Most patients are seen within a few days.
