We link to the unedited sources rather than reprinting quotes we chose ourselves.
Almost every practice website has a testimonials page full of glowing quotes with first names attached. Nobody can verify any of it, and everybody knows the business picked them. It is not useful information.
What is useful is a review platform the business does not control. Google and Yelp both let anyone who has been here say what they thought, and neither lets us remove something we dislike. That is the standard worth judging us by.
So read the reviews at the source. Read the negative ones too, and read how they were responded to, which tells you more about a practice than any five-star review does.

We deliberately do not publish an aggregate star rating on this site unless it matches the current verifiable figure on our Google Business Profile. Structured data that overstates a rating is both dishonest and a policy violation, and the number moves constantly.
Been to see us?
Reviews genuinely help other people decide, particularly for specialty work where patients are weighing a long drive. If we did well, saying so publicly is the most useful thing you can do for us.
Frequently asked questions
Why do you not print testimonials on this page?
Because a page of hand-picked quotes chosen by the business is not evidence of anything. Reviews on Google and Yelp cannot be edited or filtered by us, which makes them worth considerably more. We link to them directly, including the critical ones.
Do you offer anything in exchange for a review?
No. Incentivised reviews violate both Google's and Yelp's policies and, more to the point, make the whole review corpus useless. We ask, and that is all.
What if I had a bad experience?
Tell us directly first, and we mean that. Call the office or email us. Most problems are fixable and we would rather fix yours than read about it later. If you would still rather post publicly afterward, that is entirely your right.

We schedule 2 patients an hour, so your exam is unhurried and your questions get answered. Most patients are seen within a few days.
