If something went wrong

Please tell us before you post. Not to talk you out of a review, but because most problems are fixable and we would genuinely rather fix yours. A lens that is not right, a fit that is uncomfortable, a bill that was not explained properly: all of those are things we can put right.

What makes a useful review

If you are not sure what to write, the reviews people find most useful tend to mention what you came in for, which doctor you saw, and one specific thing that stood out either way. Vague praise helps nobody. Specific detail helps the next person decide whether we are right for them.
